Internet Ethics WebQuest - Process

To complete this quest, you will need to think about how you will explain the information you are presented with to your students.  Many of the web sites that you will visit will have information organized in a table format. You will be able to generate a web page that is organized in this way by the end of the class.  For today, you should:
  • Read through the various web pages that are listed on the Resources page.
  • Develop the various senarios and responses using a simple text  editor like TextEdit.
  • Find several examples of web pages that you can use to support your ethical objections.
  • Save all of this on your computer so that you can easily access it when it comes time to develop your web page.
  • Finally,  post a response  on the workshop's blog to these reflective questions
    • What are the online ethics that you what to pass on to your students?
    • Why are internet ethics important?
    • What ethical considerations are you willing to not teach or adhere to in your classroom?
